🐾 What services do you offer at Paws N'Tails?
We provide personalized, high-quality pet care while you're away. Whether it’s daycare, overnight boarding, or specialized pet sitting, we treat your pets like Amigos—safe, happy, and well cared for!
🐶 Do you have experience with pets?
Absolutely! Our team is made up of experienced pet sitters (and pet lovers!). Many of us have pets of our own, so we know exactly what your furry Amigo needs—playtime, cuddles, and plenty of tender loving care.
🦜 Can you take care of exotic pets?
Yes! We care for dogs, cats, small birds, hamsters, and even geckos. Some of our senior sitters have experience with mice, finches, ducks, and more. If you have an unusual pet, just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
🌟 What do dogs do at daycare?
A lot! They run, play, socialize, get fresh air, and enjoy cozy nap times. It’s a fun and safe alternative to staying home alone.
📋 What are the daycare requirements?
Dogs must be at least 4 months old with up-to-date vaccinations.
If over 7 months, they must be spayed/neutered.
💳 How does booking work?
A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot.
Full payment must be made at least one day before drop-off.
We accept credit cards and Zelle for easy payment.
💳 ❌ What’s your cancellation policy?
7+ days before: Full refund.
3 days before: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours: No refund.
🛁 Why do pets need a bath for long stays?
For stays over 7 nights, a bath is required before going home—it keeps your pet fresh and our facility clean. (Bath service is charged separately.)
⏰ What are your business hours?
Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 8 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM (Sundays Closed)

With over 25 years in the pet care industry—starting from volunteering at a vet clinic to becoming a certified vet tech and running my own business—I’ve cared for pets of all kinds, including those with special needs. Your pup will always be in good hands with me!
